OUR STAFFS

Dr. Murtaza G. Haiderbhai did his M.D from Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. He is a Family Physician with a Masters in Medicine (MMed) degree from The Aga Khan University, East Africa. Dr Murtaza has interests in Breast cancer research where he has done a case control study to assess risk factors for breast cancer among Tanzanian women; he also holds a certificate in Epidemiology from the University of Washington (UoW). Being a Family Physician he caters for every disease in the general population whether it is biomedical or psychosocial in nature. Dr. Murtaza is also trained in Basic Life Support, Primary Trauma Care and Pediatric Life Support.

He has been involved in training junior doctors and other healthcare staff during his residency where he worked as a Family Medicine resident at The Aga Khan Hospital, Dar es Salaam for 4 years.

Dr. Murtaza is fluent in English, Swahili, Russian, Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati.
